Payment Methods: CV Cruises accepts the following payment methods for all reservations:
- Bank transfer to our designated account.
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- Viva Wallet, for a seamless and secure online payment experience.
- PayPal for international bookings.
Payment Terms:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
- For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required upon reservation.
- If full payment is not received by the due date, CV Cruises reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply the applicable cancellation fees as per our policy.
Refunds:
- Any refunds due to cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- In case of a booking made through a third-party service, the refund will be processed according to their specific terms.
Booking Confirmation:
- Once your booking and payment have been processed, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation, including the itinerary, payment receipt, and other relevant details.
Additional Services and Upgrades:
- Additional services such as catering, water toys, and luxury upgrades may require advance payment at the time of booking or before the cruise. Please check the additional services section for more information.
- Fuel consumption is charged separately.
- Each route includes an estimated fuel cost for reference; the final amount is calculated and paid at the end of the trip.
- The same applies to any additional services not included in the standard package.
