At CV Cruises, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring that we maintain a high standard of service. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation by the Guest:

• Up to 14 days before departure: Full refund of the booking amount.
• 7 to 13 days before departure: 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
• If a guest fails to show up for their scheduled cruise without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by CV Cruises:

• In the rare event that CV Cruises must cancel the cruise due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, mechanical issues), we will offer the option to reschedule or a full refund.
• CV Cruises reserves the right to cancel any cruise at any time if there are safety concerns, and such cancellations will not incur any penalty for the guest.

Force Majeure:

• In case of force majeure events (such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions), CV Cruises will work with guests to offer alternative dates or a full refund. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
